Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., has signed on to use customer relationship management software from Qyaero.

The hospitality marketing company works with 400 hotels, maintaining offices in 18 different cities.

Quaero says Leading Hotels will use its hosted SpringBoard CRM solutions to “drive marketing performance and manage CRM initiatives to key customers, including corporations and travel agents.” Among its programs is Leaders Club, a customer loyalty program.

“The Leaders Club program is a very important part of our customer value proposition and marketing strategy,” said Allison Cripps, director of loyalty marketing at Leading Hotels, in a statement. “We were looking for a hosted marketing solution with integrated capabilities that would help us better understand and serve all our customers, but especially our valuable Leaders Club members.
