IpTelDirect, a provider of Voice over Internet Protocol Services, has named a new management team.
Efren Baldeon takes over as president and CEO. Robert Harwell is chairman and CFO. James Ross in chief technology officer.
IpTel (Pink Sheets: IPDT) said Baldeon and Harwell also would serve as board members.
IpTel has its headquarters in Atlanta and operates network nodes in New York, Peru, Panam and Costa Rica.
