DAVIDSON –Users of Act! 6.0 that want to expand its use as a customer relationship management tool may want to check out a new ad-on from Customer Connect Associates in Davidson.
Geoff Ables, president of Customer Connect, says the ad-on is designed to locate groups within Act! Data bases. The ad-on is free and available through his firm’s web site.
“A number of our clients who use Act! as a customer relationship management tool to manage the sales and marketing process found that they could not easily look up a specific group of businesses and then list all the individual contacts within those groups,” Ables said in the announcement. “Customer Connect developed this add-on product to meet that need and we are now providing it to users of Act! 6.0 at no cost.”
