Nortel and Flextronics disclosed today that the transfer of manufacturing facilities from Nortel to Flextronics would be pushed back a few months.
The transfer of the plants is part of Nortel’s cost-reduction strategy.
The facilities will still change hands but not before February and May 2005 rather than beginning in November, the companies said.
