Technology from Venetica will be included in a new IBM database product to be released in November.
IBM wrapped up its acquisition of Charlotte-based Venetica last week. The deal had been announced in August.
Venetica’s operations and employees are now part of the IBM Information Management Software division.
Venetica’s VeniceBridge software. Which is designed to link diverse content from different repositories and workflow systems through one interface, will be part of DB2 Information Integrator Content Edition from IBM. The produce will go on sale in late November.
