Interland, a provider of online services and web hosting, is making available a guide to firms seeking information about hosting.

Interland is a sponsor of TechRepublic’s Guide to Dedicated Hosting that was written and published by TechRepublic, a CNET Networks community for IT professionals.

The guide is free. It reviews nine elements of advance dedicated hosting solutions and includes 10 questions to ask of prospective vendors. It also discusses whether an organization should outsource DNS services, factors in selecting server hardware, and facilities needed as part of a disaster recovery plan.
