UpMyStreet, a provider of local community information in the United Kingdom, has signed on with Accipiter to use its AdBureau online ad management system.

The company is the fourth European customer to sign on with Accipiter.

The site includes property prices, local businesses, message boards and information about mortgages, insurance and utilities.

“UpMyStreet uniquely offers advertisers the ability to target advertising based on the location that the customer is browsing on the site, therefore our ad serving requirements are complex and involve large amounts of data,” said Julia Grinham, commercial director for UpMyStreet, in a statement. “We will be re-launching the site in 2005 and anticipate significant growth in our ad serving requirements. Therefore, we required a flexible and scalable solution that would meet those exact needs. We have every confidence that AdBureau will prove to be the right choice.”
