The Open Applications Group, a not-for-profit organization focused on promoting interoperability among business applications, has released a new set of files for use in web services.
The Web Services Definition Language (WSDL) will lead to more interoperability and deployment of web services, the group says.
The WSDL is designed for XML definitions.
“This support for WSDL provides important infrastructure for innovative ebusiness and web services solutions,” said Dave Mendlen, director of web services at Microsoft.
