SUWANEE,Telchemy, a provider of software for the Voice over Internet Protocol industry, is offering a new web site designed to offer troubleshooting services for VoIP applications.
The site includes information and troubleshooting tools for firms that are investigating VoIP as a possible service or need help in fixing problems related to VoIP.
Among its offerings is an IP Network Impairment Simulator. The site also offers a data base of audio files in different languages that can be used for testing and applications development. Several languages will be included, including Chinese, French, Hindi, Japanese and Spanish.
