Socketware, a developer of email marketing solutions, is rolling out what it calls a “real-time” monitoring solution for email activity.
Socketware says the application tracks all email regardless of domain destination and provides fast reports to clients as part of email delivery campaigns.
Each email is tracked, regardless of the destination or the Internet Service Provider carrying the message, Socketware says. The tracking can help clients resolve blocked domain and “bounce” issues as well as to recognize problems more quickly.
