DAVIDSON,Customer Connect Associates is teaming up with a Virginia-based firm to offer a wider variety of services.
Customer Connect, a provider of customer relationship management database services, has formed a partnership with RightMinds, a marketing firm that has its headquarters in Richmond.
The two firms are already conducting joint business in the Midwest.
RightMinds offers public relations, ecommerce and other business-to-business marketing services.
“This alliance will strengthen service offerings to customers of both companies by combining RightMinds’ strengths in strategy, development, implementation and management of marketing programs with Customer Connect’s expertise in customer relationship management database marketing, sales automation and data mining,” the companies said in a joint statement.
