ArrowWeb, a provider of web hosting, site design and programming, relocated its hardware to Inflow’s Raleigh-Durham facility just ahead of Hurricane Frances.
ArrowWeb’s president, Dave Hedgewood, recently relocated to the Triangle from Melbourne, FL. He had not moved his company’s equipment and was reviewing options in RTP when Frances threatened. ArrowWeb’s operation in Florida was shut down as the new data center came online in the Triangle.
The move took place over two days.
“We were very relieved to find a datacenter that could facilitate a move this quickly,” Hagewood said. “Now that the relocation is behind us, we are very excited about passing on the benefits of a state-of-the-art data center to our customers.”
