The LeadershipTrust is joining forces with The Fuqua/Coach K Center of Leadership and Ethics at Duke to offer a new personal leadership development program.
The five-day program is focused on small groups of 8 to 12 people and is designed to offer significant one-on-one attention.
“These workshops are highly psychologically driven due to their holistic approach and, therefore, are facilitated by licensed psychologists at the doctoral level,” said The Leadership Trust president and co-founder Holly Latty-Mann.
Participants develop a personalized leadership action plan based on a series of distinctive feedback processes.
Latty-Mann completed post doctorate in clinical psychology at Kent State and Duke University Medical Center. She earned a doctorate from the University of South Carolina in experimental psychology specializing in social psychology with a minor in personality. Latty-Mann, who served through September 2001 as executive professor of leadership development at the Wake Forest University Babcock Graduate School of Management, co-founded The Leadership trust along with the late Dr. James Farr.
Farr was the founding director of the Center for Creative Leadership.
