WebSourced Parent Plans Move to American Stock Exchange

CGI Holding Corporation, the parent firm of Morrisville-based Websourced, wants to move its stock listing to the American Stock Exchange, the company said Thursday.

CGI (OTCBB: CGIH) is currently traded over the counter. However, the company said there was no guarantee the application would be accepted.

CGI is based in Lake Bluff, IL.
