Agilisys, a provider of enterprise software solutions for manufacturers and distributors, has a new name.
It’s Infor Global Solutions.
The change took effect on Monday.
“The goal of this name change is to provide us with a strong global brand to support continued international growth,” said Jim Schaper, chairman and CEO of Infor Global Solutions, in a statement. “In the past 24 months, we have grown our revenue and successfully completed numerous acquisitions that we believe have strengthened our position in the markets we serve. Our new name represents the company’s on-going mission of solving the essential issues of select vertical markets.”
Also on Tuesday, Infor said it acquired IncoDev Software-Entwicklung GmbH, which is based in Hamburg, Germany. IncoDev developrs enterprise resource planning (ERP) software for medium to large companies. Details were not disclosed.
