Timothy Creech, the vice president of finance at Trimeris, is stepping down.
In an SEC filing, Trimeris said Creech would leave effective Oct. 25. He has accepted a position as vice president of finance of Voyager Pharmaceuticals.
Also Thursday, Golden Sachs downgraded Trimeris stock to “in-line” from :outperform”.
Trimeris (Nasdaq: TRMS) closed at $11.81. down 14 cents.
