FormScape is creating a number of regional software user groups for its document process automation software.
The FormScape Mid-Atlantic User Group will meet on Sept. 30 at the Washington Duke Inn in Durham.
Other groups will be formed in the Northeast, the UK and Germany.
“These new user groups will provide a forum for users of FormScape’s 7,000 customers to interact with and learn about best practices and real-world experiences from their fellow users,” said Brian Reed, vice president of global marketing at FormScape. “They will provide an opportunity to learn new and expanded ways to use FormScape products to achieve better business results. We are also working to ensure that our users will have a more direct channel to influence and communicate their needs for future directions for FormScape products.”
