Ptek Holdings, a provider of business, data and group communications, has acquired a Virginia firm that delivers audio and data conferencing services.
Ptek paid $8.9 million for Connect-us Group, which is forecast to generate some $6 million in revenues this year.
“Connect-us has built a growing business catering to small- and medium-sized enterprises,” said Boland Jones, Ptek’s founder, chairman and CEO, in a statement. “We believe its customers will benefit from Premiere Conferencing’s broad suite of collaborative solutions, industry-leading client services and global presence.”
