US LEC is offering a new web-based management tool to give its customers more direct control of services.
The PowerView program is designed to let customers view invoices, call records, control conference calls and redirect toll-free numbers as well as other services. Customers gain access to US LEC’s web site with user names and passwords.
Some 5,000 customers have already chosen to use PowerView, the company says.
