Jefferson City Medical Group, a large group medical practice in Missouri, is the latest firm to pick the electronic medical record system from A4 Health Systems.
“We began seeking an EMR about 4 to 5 years ago, and finally came across a solution that fit nicely within our workflow instead of requiring providers to jump through hoops and make significant changes,” said Phil Hartman, Jefferson City information systems manager, in a statement. “Our providers have varying degrees of comfort with electronic solutions, so making adoption as flexible and painless as possible was a top priority.”
The medical practice handles more than 900 patients a day in a wide variety of services.
