MATTHEWS,Brookhaven National Laboratory will use technology from CEM Corporation as part of research into the SARS virus.
CEM says Brookhaven will utilize CEM’s microwave peptide synthesizer. CEM says it can produce peptides much faster than conventional methods and with less toxic waste.
Peptides are used building blocks for proteins that are used in drug discovery research.
