nuBridges, a developer of ebusiness community management solutions, is acquiring TrailBlazer Systems.
TrailBlazer provides ebusiness connectivity software for Internet-based information exchanges.
nuBridges said it would include TrailBlazer’s technology in its product offerings.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed other than TrailBlazer employees will join nuBridges, the companies said in a statement.
TrailBlazer software enables the secure exchange of EDI (electronic data interchange) and XML (extensible markup language) data plus data synchronization with UCCnet (Uniform Code Council global repository for standardized, synchronized supply chain information).It has more than 2,000 corporate users.
