Blair Levin, a former executive with the Federal Communications Commission, will be one of the keynote speakers for the annual InfoTech show, the Council for Entrepreneurial Development said Thursday.

Levin, a former chief of staff for FCC Chairman Reed Hundt from 1993-97, is now managing director and telecom and media analyst for Legg Mason.

The InfoTech program is set for Oct. 8.

Levin once worked for RTP law firm Parker, Poe, Adams & Bernstein.

The CED also released its list of panel discussions for the tech event:
