Intec, a provider of support systems for communications networks, has signed a contract for billing services with a Russian wireless provider.
The contract is worth more than $500,000, Intec said.
Intec will provide a process for reconciling invoices and billing charges to VimpelCom, which has more than 15 million subscribers.
