iMedia Communications, a trade publisher and event producer, is extending its contract with Accipiter for use of its AdManager product.

iMedia uses a variety of media formats, from audio to flash, and says AdManager works with all of the rich media techniques.

“Our clients are on the cutting edge of the interactive marketing space,” an iMedia spokesman says. “We need to be able to serve and track any type of rich media ads our clients bring to us, whether it be streaming media or other unique proprietary solutions. We have had customers specifically purchase premium online advertising spots because AdManager provides us with that exact capability.”

AdManager also provides iMedia with the ability to control frequency of ad appearances to help avoid “banner burnout”.
