SpectraSite, an operator of wireless towers across the United States, has finished the acquisition of 191 towers from affiliates of SBC Communications. The deal was worth approximately $50 million.
SpectraSite (NYSE: SSI) has acquired 319 towers over the past six quarters for some $84 million.
The company said it has acquired 3,025 towers from SBC since December of 200.
