The Piedmont Entrepreneurial Network will present a discussion about the challenges of due diligence on Aug. 17.

“Professional Due Diligence – Would you pass?” will be led by Brad Lienhart, regional manager for proof of concept who will answer questions such as:

  • What are the pros looking for?

  • How do they score a company?

  • What are the common failings?

  • What does a report look like?

  • How should a CEO respond to a professional’s report?

    • The program begins at 4 PM at the Holiday Inn at Piedmont International Airport.
