Scientific-Atlanta has named Tony Palermo as its vice president for business development and emerging markets in its SciCare broadband business unit.
Palermo served recently as vice president for operations, sales and marketing at Knology, a broadband provider. He also was a managing partner at Interactive Advisory Corporation.
