Merix Bioscience says it has hired two new executives and added two members to its board of directors.
Lothar Finke joins Merix as vice president of clinical development, and Don Winship is now vice president of quality and regulatory affairs.
Michel Greco and Richard Meadows are the new board members.
Finke worked previously for EMD Pharmaceuticals, Merck, the Max-Delbrueck-Center for Molecular Medicine and the Basel Institute for Immunology.
Winship has previous experience with CEL-SCI Corp., and Curative Technologies Revlon Healthcare Group.
Greco, an advisor to the World Health Organization for vaccines, is a board member of several public and private companies.
Meadows is a partner with CDP Capital Technology Ventures.
