Synthesis Creative, a Raleigh-based Internet marketing and design firm, has hired Bruce DeBore as its director of marketing and business development.
DeBoer joins Synthesis from Strategic Marketing and Advertising Photography, which was his own business.
Synthesis is owned by John Romano and Emory Ball.
