WINSTON-SolidSpace, a provider of hosting and infrastructure services, has acquired HostForce, a Minnesota-based hosting and managed services provider.
The deal was for cash, but specifics were not disclosed.
SolidSpace said the deal will double its customer base. HostForce customers are to be transitioned over the next 90 days, the companies said.
SolidSpace also aquired eCommerce technology and a reseller management network from HostForce.
