Nortel said Tuesday that it is planning to release updated financial results for the first and second quarters of this year on Aug. 19.
Nortel (NYSE: NT) continues to review financial statements for 2001, 2002 and 2003.
Figures for 2003 could be released by the end of the third quarter, the company said.
Nortel also disclosed that another lawsuit has been filed against the company and management regarding the financial turmoil that has led to the ouster of top executives, trigger other suits and government inquiries.
