The North Carolina Electronics and Information Technology Association is now accepting applications for its 10th annual 21 Awards program.

The process in determining winners will be handled by Grant Thornton, the accounting, tax and business advisory firm. Grant Thornton worked with NCEITA in 2003 as well. Past and present NCEITA chairpersons are also involved in the process.

“The NCEITA 21 Awards have been designed to identify and showcase North Carolina’s excellence in technology and its leaders whose entrepreneurship have significantly shaped our technology community,” said Mark Larson, partner in Raleigh’s Grant Thornton office. “The 10th anniversary of the awards marks a milestone in NCEITA’s contributions to supporting the growth of North Carolina’s technology industry and we are thrilled to once again play a role in the nomination process.”

Nominations will be accepted through Sept. 17. The awards program is set for Nov. 18.
