Wave Systems, a provider of computing services and solutions, has raised $3 million in a private stock placement.
The investor was not disclosed.
Wave Systems (Nasdaq: WAVX) also granted the investor additional rights and warrants that could be worth up to $8.7 million.
Cropfin.com. a licensed broker-dealer based in Atlanta, acted as the placement agent.
