Serologicals Corporation has named Robert Brown as its new vice president of corporate development.
The company said Brown would be tasked with “identifying, evaluating and aggressively pursuing opportunities to expand the company’s competitive position and growth through acquisitions.”
Brown has worked for more than 22 years with pharmaceutical companies, including 15 years with Bristol-Myers Squibb. Before joining Serologicals, he was a senior vice president of Andrx Corporation.
