RF Micro Devices recently topped the one billion mark in power amplifiers shipped for cellular phones, a feat that the company says is an industry record.
RF Micro (Nasdaq: RFMD) holds some 41.6 percent of the market and is the dominant provider, the company added, noting statistics from a recent market report.
