DAVIDSON,After trialing the service with five auto dealers in Virginia, Customer Connect Associates is launching its AutoSell program.

Customer Connect describes the service as a sales and marketing program that “allows sales people to track customers and prospects, automatically send letters, and to remind them to contact hottest prospects.

“Sales Managers use AutoSell to measure the performance of their sales force and to provide coaching to those in need of assistance,” the company says.

The program was made available for five northern Virginia car dealers beginning last October.
“In the five dealerships using AutoSell, the program paid for itself within three months of installation,” says Geoff Ables, president of Customer Connect Associates. “We are very pleased to be able to offer AutoSell to dealers across the country.”
