MORRISVILLE,CGI Holding, the parent company of Morrisville-based WebSourced, reported a 4-cent-per-share profit in the second quarter.
The firm said WebSourced accounted for the surge in revenue to $1.17 million, a 22 percent increase from the previous quarter.
CGI Holding also said it continues to make progress in negotiations for what the company called “significant acquisitions”.
“While the second quarter historically is the weakest for the search engine marketing industry, our client base has continued to grow steadily,” said Pat Martin, CEO of WebSourced. He also said the company is eyeing other acquisitions.
