A4 Health Systems is moving to make digital medical records more readily available through a remote chart program.
The HealthMatics ED Remote Chart Access application is designed to permit secure web access for private care physicians, nurses and in-house care givers to records for patients who are treated at an emergency department.

Access to records is limited through secure user Ids and passwords.
