BURLINGTON,Laboratory Corporation says it improved earnings by nearly 14 percent in the most recent quarter.
Lab Corp (NYSE: LH) reported net earnings of $98.3 million, up nearly $12 million than a year ago. Earnings hit 70 cents a share, up 10 cents.
The company said it has also repurchased some $115 million worth of its own stock.
