Marketworks, a provider of sales automation software and marketing services for online selling, has added three executives to its management team.

The company has hired Doug Hadaway as chief financial officer, Tina Reese as vice president of global sales, and Masami Suzuki as vice president of marketing.

The hires are part of expansion at Marketworks, which facilitates over $25 million a month in gross merchandise sales for eBay sellers.

“As we expand internationally and grow our customer base, the profile of our customer is changing,” said Alec Peters, CEO and founder of Marketworks, in a statement. “The small business client is looking to sell in new online markets and we are dealing with more enterprise customers that require a different level of service offering. With these three strategic hires, we can focus on fulfilling the expanding needs of our customers and concurrently solidify top line revenue growth for Marketworks.”

Hadaway has served as CFO at three technology companies, including Synchrologic.

Reese has more than 12 years of experience at other tech firms.

Suzuki served as vice president of marketing for Connection to eBay, a joint venture between Accenture and eBay.
