Progressive Software, a developer of point-of-sale solutions, is being acquired by SIVA Corporation, which is based in Delray Beach, FL.
Progressive’s office in Charlotte will remain open, and Christopher Sebes, CEO of Progressive, will become chief operating officer of SIVA, the companies said.
Financial terms were not disclosed.
