Yale University will use e-procurement services from SciQuest as part of a revamped financials system, SciQuest said Tuesday.
Under a multi-year contract, Yale will use Spend Director, Requisition Manager and Order Manager from SciQuest’s HigherMarkets suite, an on-demand procurement system.
“Our focus on procurement is part of an overall strategic priority to achieve campus-wide efficiencies and cost-savings,” said John Pepper, vice president of finance and administration for Yale University, in a statement. “An e-procurement solution will help us meet our goals by providing us with the necessary tools to increase spend visibility and drive significant savings to the organization.”
