Red Hat Execs To Deliver Open Source Seminar in Asheville

ASHEVILLE,Three executives from Red Hat will be on hand to deliver a 4-hour seminar about open source on Monday afternoon in Asheville.

The session is being presented by AdvantageWest, Blue Ridge Entrepreneurial Council, and KemperStrategy. It starts at noon at the Broadway Arts Center in downtown Asheville.

Topics include open source business models and licensing agreements.

Scheduled to speak are Michael Tieman, vice president of open source affairs; Tom Rabon, executive vice president of corporate affairs; and Mark Webbink, senior vice president and general counsel.
