ATLANTA…STI Knowledge Inc., a seller of integrated business process outsourcing and enterprise support software and services, has raised a $12 million B round, says WestBridge Capital Partners.
WestBridge, a Maruititus-based US-India focused venture capital fund led the round with a $6 million investment.
Existing investors, including Satish Sanan, executive chairman of STI, Mellon Ventures, and BV-Cornerstone Ventures also participated.
Sanan is a serial entrepreneur who founded IMRglobal in 1988 and led the company’s $14 million first round.
WestBridge says it will help the company develop its delivery capability in India and its overall global business strategy. WestBridge targets its investments toward outsourced services companies.
STI sells its services to the U.S. healthcare, insurance, government, and other industries.
