CFI Media, a multi-media production firm based in RTP, has merged with DazMedia, which is based in River Edge, NJ.
DazMedia is a provider of creative services.
Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
“Joining forces with DazMedia will benefit both agencies as we continue to offer leading-edge programs and campaigns,” said Steve Friedman, president of CFI.
The combined company will have expertise in video, multimedia, web development, print design, and audio-visual production.
“This new venture will allow us to utilize the knowledge and expertise of both companies to continue to provide innovative and creative solutions to our clients’ needs,” said Daz Connell, president of DazMedia, in a statement. “It will also allow us to expand our current services to both existing and new clients.”
