Relativity filed a detailed countersuit against company founder and still chairman Vivek Wadhwa on Thursday in a rapidly escalating battle over the company’s finances.
Wadhwa sued the software company he founded in 1997 last week after receiving notice that he had been terminated and Relativity filed a notice that it planned to sue him.
“I’m surprised at how weak their complaint is,” Wadhwa told Local Tech Wire on Friday morning. “I would call it laughable, except it isn’t funny when you waste shareholder money like this”.
More details shortly.
