MedAssets, a developer of supply chain management and purchasing solutions, has won a contract with Atlantic Health System.
“MedAssets is focused on helping us deliver on our mission. They stood apart in their technology, as their e-catalog is a local compliance catalog for all of our facilities to use, and will help us maximize usage of cost-saving contracts, maximize contract usage for best pricing and rebates, and still have flexibility in product selection for our clinicians,” said Joe DiPaolo, director of materials management, Atlantic Health System, in a statement. It has a $160 million a year supply budget.
Atlantic Health System is also evaluating other MedAssets products, including its Net Revenue Systems suite for financial management.
