Critical3 Marketing, which provides a variety of marketing services to high-tech firms, is adding two partners and principals.

Jean Barnes and Lorie O’Neill are the new members, joining company founder Julie Smith.

Critical3 clients include Covente, Demand Stream, Down South Software, Seagull Software and XcelleNet.

Barnes has more than 18 years of experience in sales and marketing for high tech firms. She was chief marketing officer at STI Knowledge and Covast before joining Critical3.

O’Neill worked most recently for Radiant Systems and Clarus. She has more than 14 years of experience in sales and marketing related to high tech.
