Fujitsu Transaction Solutions, a provider of retail point of sale solutions, is now utilizing software from Identify.

The company chose Identify’s AppSight to help reduce support costs and improve the availability of various application. AppSight was added to Fujitsu’s GlobalStore product.

AppSight has patented technology that captures in real time records of enterprise applications, events, configurations and conditions. Fujitsu support personnel can use AppSight to replay rather than recreate problems, thus cutting by 80 percent of the cycle time needed to a root analysis, according to Identify.
